Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic counsel to private equity firms and portfolio companies. Advise on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and equity investments. Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence. Draft and negotiate transactional documents. Collaborate effectively within a team while managing projects independently.
Required Experience:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of six years of private equity experience. Proven expertise in advising on corporate matters. Strong analytical and writing skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities and influential communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $310,000 - $480,000 annually, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
