Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 1 year of experience working within Fixed Income, preferably in a Middle Office, Operations, or Product Control capacity. Monitor and compile daily exception reports to ensure positions and risks are accurately captured at the time of execution. Liaise with traders, clients, and Operations teams to identify and resolve issues, provide trade information, and act as a point of contact for multiple teams within the firm. Investigate cash and payment fails, perform trade maintenance, and reconcile daily trading activities. Maintain, test, develop, and improve current processes and procedures. Identify and investigate regulatory reporting exceptions, developing a strong understanding of current and upcoming regulatory requirements (e.g., Mandatory Clearing, MRNCCD, EMIR reporting, MiFID II Trading Obligation, QFC Adherence). Review daily control reports to identify patterns of exceptions. Provide support for testing in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new system rollouts. Familiarity with Dodd-Frank and EMIR regulatory rules, ISDA definitions, and industry initiatives. Flexible with working hours, including occasional early starts or late nights.
