The Role:

Reporting to the Strategy Lead and working closely with the founders and growth team, you will help shape the future of StudioXAG.

As the creator and driver of our marketing strategy, you'll define, lead, and execute proactive and reactive initiatives that exceed business targets and fuel growth.

You'll create inspiring, commercially relevant content that resonates with our dream, desired audience.

Who exactly are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Marketing Manager who is comfortable collaborating with teams across the business. You will:

  • Be someone who is happy working at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table, continuously considering the future of the agency and potential improvements
  • Inspire the team, uniting everyone around an idea, goal, or campaign
  • Display a passion for creating compelling campaigns that build brand awareness
  • Have a track record of delivering commercial B2B marketing strategies

Ideal Experience: 

  • 4+ years experience in B2B marketing and communications, ideally within a design agency
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals
  • A history of planning and leading marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative teams to bring them to life
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media platforms
  • Existing relationships with design press contacts
  • Bonus: Experience with Hubspot (or a similar marketing CRM software) and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven, annual marketing strategy
  • Create and post content and copy for social, press, awards, and publications
  • Oversee all external communications, including social media, email marketing, website content, and events
  • Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality content
  • Produce press materials that capture attention and cultivate media relationships; liaise with external PR partners when necessary
  • Help to deliver our thought leadership strategy, ensuring our output is future-facing and relevant
  • Analyse and report on KPIs to optimise future performance

Salary: £45-60,000 DOE.

Location:

We currently work a hybrid model; 3 days a week from our East London studio in E10 and 2 flexible days. Our normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.
