We are looking to speak with mid-senior level litigators to join our client’s practice in their New York office.
Our client’s global practice includes litigators in New York, Washington D.C., Charlotte, and London. They bring together a broad array of expertise, including extensive government service, to provide counsel that is commercial, strategic, and tailored to achieve the client’s business goals in the particular case.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of significant experience in practicing in the areas of financial services and securities law, SEC enforcement, mergers & acquisitions, unfair competition litigation, complex commercial disputes, and corporate governance. You will also have extensive trial experience focused on antitrust litigation, as well as criminal cases and appeals.
Annual salary range: $345,000 – $370,000
