Prosper is a complete service design agency specialising in retail & hospitality experiences. We are looking to grow our design team with the addition of an experienced 3D Designer.
As a business, we offer an ‘all in’ design service spanning interior design, graphic design, architecture, and project management.
We have a deep understanding of the retail sector, and our clients range from start-up businesses to established high street brands and landlords with multiple scheme portfolios.
The Role
We are looking for a Midweight Designer to work within a busy team to produce unique and creative design solutions. You will be working in the concept design team, spearheading interior design and commercial architecture projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced interior designer who likes to take ownership of smaller projects and work within a wider team of designers on larger projects, supporting senior staff. The role requires an exceptional understanding of the conceptual and design intent stages of projects, balanced with strong presentation skills and the ability to present to clients. You will be a good visual communicator and have a strong passion for design. Your organisational skills will be an asset. Skill Set
Excellent visual and verbal communication skills. Ability to hand sketch to quickly and effectively communicate ideas. Willing collaborator, ability to work within a team, sharing ideas and responsibilities, including the ability to effectively delegate to and nurture junior colleagues whilst taking direction from the Directors. Genuinely passionate about design, with a keen interest in the latest trends from our various commercial sectors. Ability to work within a defined brief and produce a high standard of creative output on time and within the defined project budget. Works well under instruction, contributes to briefing, with elements of mentoring and developing less experienced team members. Build good rapport and strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Over 4 years of retail design agency experience. Software
Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign to a high level. Skilled at Cinema4D modelling and rendering environments to a high standard. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D drawing packages. Other 3D modelling/render engines are a bonus. Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30, additional hours occasionally required.
