For you, great design isn’t about adding layers but about uncovering the essence of a message, solving a client’s challenge, and communicating it with precision and prowess. You’ll be confident, capable and ready to hit the ground creating stunning design work for: Brand identities and guidelines Marketing materials including reports, brochures, etc. Point of sale and wayfinding mechanisms Sales documents, concepts and pitches Social content You love collaborating. From strategists to photographers and copywriters, you always feel confident and capable in bringing your skills, thoughts, and ideas to the table. Your ability to stay ahead of the curve, exploring and incorporating design trends, ensures that your work remains fresh, innovative, and impactful. You know exactly what’s going on in the industry and stay up to date with who’s doing what, but you don’t follow the crowd. You’re obsessed with creativity. We don’t just mean fonts and pantones. You get inspiration from everywhere and you bring that to your work. Your attention to detail comes naturally to you. You sense check everything and if a layout doesn’t have balance or there’s a double space, it doesn’t leave your desk. Four+ years of agency (or similar) experience A strong portfolio of diverse creative work An extensive level of experience in designing in digital as well as traditional print formats A strong knowledge and level of expertise for Adobe CC An ability to multitask and prioritise – you’re super organised and never miss a deadline The ability to expertly storytell and bring your ideas to life with our clients in an exciting and engaging way A good understanding of design standards, digital formats and front-end web design is an advantage. An ability to be an excellent team player. Having the forethinking of others and the commitment to help your teammates. A proactive mindset and a strong ability to use your initiative to make things happen. Excellent communication skills able to work well with all kinds of people and partners A commitment to ongoing development. You love to learn and improve your skills and help others to do the same.
