We are looking for experienced midwives who are keen to work in all areas of maternity care, including in the community, on the Labour Ward, and Antenatal and Postnatal Ward, and who are passionate about supporting women to give birth in the way they choose to do so. Successful candidates must also be able to contribute to an on-call system.

It is essential that you can drive and it is very useful if you have access to a car for work purposes. You will be working in the hospital and in the community.

Did you become a Midwife to make a difference? If you want to work in a nurturing environment where you are encouraged and supported to empower women, then join our team. We are looking for Midwives passionate about women-centred, high-quality care.

We are a small organisation with an enormous sense of pride in our achievements; we work as a team to provide a safe and positive experience for families, ensuring outstanding care in ways that matter to them. Our dedicated home birth team has one of the highest home birth rates in the country, and our continuity team successes mean we are ready to roll out the continuity model further.

We value diversity and inclusivity, recognising individuals' unique qualities and specialist interests. As an innovative and pioneering organisation, we value ‘thinking differently’ and welcome ideas for improvement. We invest in our people, providing support, encouragement, and development opportunities to help them reach their potential.

We are looking for Midwives confident to work in all areas of maternity care - community, labour ward, antenatal, and postnatal ward, as well as newly qualified midwives keen to start their career with us.

Please see the attached JD alongside this recruitment request. This contains all necessary details of the role and what is expected from the midwives. There is also the opportunity in the future to specialise in areas that you are particularly interested in.
