The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, data analysis, and process improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness across financial operations as they implement a new Aderant system. This role will be offered on a hybrid work basis with flexibility offered over the specific 'home' office location, be it Basingstoke or London. Your new role Analyse and optimise financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements. Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards. Provide technical support and training to end-users on financial systems. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems. Assist in the implementation and integration of new financial software and tools. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role with a preference for candidates who have been working within professional services. Experience within Aderant Expert/Expert Sierra would be ideal with consideration given to those who have worked with Elite Enterprise. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI and other data analysis software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
