What the role involves

• Record mileage at the start and end of each journey.
• Keeping the minibus clean and tidy.
• Collect and drop off pupils according to the agreed timetable.
• Ensure the vehicle is fuelled and ready for use.

Confirmed role details

• 06:30–08:30, or afternoon shift: 15:45–17:45, Monday to Friday (term time only).
• 20 hours per week, with the option of extra hours in estates if desired.

• Candidates must have a valid D1 licence and an in-date PCV licence.

Candidate fit

• We’re looking for a reliable and friendly driver to join our client’s team, transporting pupils safely to and from school.

Additional role context

• Be responsible for collecting children from designated pick-up points in the morning and returning them to the same locations at the end of the school day.
• Reporting to the School Business Manager.
• Works closely with parents, guardians, and the estates team.
