£30,000 - £36,750 neg + Monthly bonus up to £750 p/m Benefits:
Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of the Branch Manager Windows & Doors will involve: Managing a trade counter selling a range of uPVC windows and doors such as casement, sash, reversible, bi-fold doors, composite, french, and patio. Selling into fenestration installers, housebuilders, contractors, and occasionally end users. Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety. Increasing branch turnover while nurturing existing customer accounts. Order values range from £300 to £15,000. Providing training, development, and motivation to a trade counter team of 4 with scope for growth. Working within stock level guidelines, managing the budget, and the allocation of funds. Ensuring excellent customer service is provided. The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager Windows & Doors with: Experience within the fenestration industry. Consideration for candidates outside of fenestration with strong knowledge of trade sales and understanding of windows. Branch/trade counter management experience. A strong sales background and desire to grow a branch. Ability to assist with loading and unloading orders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good understanding of H&S practices. An outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
