Monday to Friday Weekends: Rotating on-call Schedule Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

Meet with customers and potential customers immediately following water, fire and/or smoke damages that may have occurred in their home or business. Work with a variety of vendors and insurance claim professionals to develop the most effective and efficient means of restoration. Responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including developing scopes of work, timelines, and estimates based upon work performed. Maintain consistent communication with all parties associated with any given project. Work within our job management software. Provide job status reports and/or updates during production meetings. Collaborate with insurance company adjusters, independent adjusters, public adjusters, and other industry professionals on agreements regarding scope and cost of projects. Proactively communicate with division and general manager on project statuses, subcontractor performance, and supplements. Participate in an active on-call rotation to handle and respond to our clients' needs after normal business hours. Experience:

1+ years of experience (preferred) as a project manager

Qualifications (Requirements):

Prior experience in the restoration or related industry is preferred. A thorough knowledge of the insurance restoration process is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong Xactimate estimating experience. Must possess computer and internet skills. Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required. Licenses & Certifications:

Valid Driver’s License (At all times). IICRC Certifications, a plus. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 base salary + Monthly commission opportunities.
