Job Description Our client is an esteemed disaster restoration company looking for a passionate Mitigation Project Manager to join their team in Portsmouth, NH. Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers and adjusters about project scopes and expectations. Scope, estimate, and manage restoration projects from start to finish. Build relationships with insurance professionals and customers. Oversee Technicians and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications:

High character, integrity, and self-motivation. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Willingness to help people in distress and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to manage budgets. Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems. Clean driving record and reliable car (car allowance and gas reimbursements provided). Prior experience in restoration, construction management, or insurance adjusting. Certifications (IICRC, Lead, Mold, etc.) are a plus. Salary: $60,000-$80,000 + Benefits
