Are you an ambitious and experienced Mixed Tax professional looking to join a dynamic and successful team? Our client, a well-established accountancy practice based in Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard, is on the hunt for a new team member to join their ranks. As a key member of their team, you'll be responsible for the management of the corporate tax compliance function for the firm and take on a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients.
You'll also be responsible for the preparation and review of personal tax returns for HNWI, sole traders, partnerships, property landlords, and OMB Directors, as well as the preparation and review of corporation tax returns for OMB with turnover ranging from £40K to £25M. Additionally, you'll be responsible for group relief calculations, loss relief calculations, preparation of certificates of residency applications, and appealing incorrect decisions by HMRC, such as late filing penalties and incorrect processing of returns. You'll also have the opportunity to assist the Tax Director of the office on duties for their clients as and when required.
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have your ATT/CTA qualifications and have a proven track record of advising a broad portfolio of clients. You'll also bring a positive attitude and enthusiastic way of working to the team.
