Mixed Tax Consultant

Mixed tax consultant CTA qualified tax professional with two to five years post qualification experience required. Candidates should already be working in a mixed tax practice role. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to build on their existing experience in a mixed tax role which is strongly weighted towards consultancy and advisory work. The Brighton office has an excellent and rapidly growing client base consisting largely of owner managed businesses, UK businesses with overseas aspects, high net worth individuals and trusts. You will support the tax partner on a wide range of tax consultancy projects across all the taxes including: employee share incentive plans corporate reconstructions HMRC tax clearances trust tax planning inheritance tax planning transactional work including tax due diligence overseas aspects including double tax treaties capital gains tax planning VAT advice You will also be involved in compliance reviews and on the job training for junior members of the tax team as and when required. You will also have involvement in other compliance matters including forms P11D, employment related securities returns, EMI returns, ATED and residential property CGT returns.
