Our client based near Crediton have an exciting opportunity to be part of a truly mixed practice situated in beautiful mid-Devon, working as one of an 8 mixed vet team.
People are at the heart of everything that the clinic does and they know that work life balance is vital in supporting the team to be at their best. They work 4 days a week (part-time considered for the right candidate) along with participating in a shared OOH rota, with RVN support where needed.
The caseload is truly mixed: a busy small animal caseload, rapidly growing and diverse work and they’d particularly like to hear from candidates keen to grow their equine services. They ensure full support is given for career progression, whatever stage of your career you are at, you’ll be part of a collaborative team where you’ll learn and develop your skills.
Benefits include (pro rata): Salary – up to £60,000 per annum – depending on experience and skills 6 weeks paid holiday including bank holidays £1750 CPD allowance per annum, certificates encouraged and funded Health Shield – wide ranging contributions for health and wellbeing treatments RCVS membership paid VDS cover Enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption packages Discounted veterinary fees Cycle to Work Scheme Regular performance reviews and career progression Company sick pay
