Approach Personnel is currently working with a reputable contractor to recruit for an experienced AC / HVAC Engineer on a permanent basis across Coventry and West Midlands.
As an AC/HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure. Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems. Completing mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves, etc. Carrying out minor installation work and engaging with stakeholders, providing fault diagnostics where necessary.
To be considered and successful for the role, you will require, but not limited to: Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning. F-GAS 2079 CAT1. Proven building maintenance experience. Ability to work at height, on roofs, up steps, and ladders, and in MEWPs. Ability to work with and control the CAFM system via iPad.
