AC Engineer £42,000 - £44,000 + Door to Door Location: London Winner Recruitment is working with an award-winning service provider to recruit an AC Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance and servicing of AC systems across hotels. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure systems are running smoothly, including checking filters, refrigerant levels, and air ducts. Diagnose issues with air conditioning systems, such as poor cooling, unusual noises, or electrical malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs. Clean and replace filters, coils, and fans to maintain system efficiency and air quality. Carry out regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become serious problems, including checking for leaks, blockages, or wear and tear on components. Work independently or with a small team of engineers across other disciplines. Comply with health and safety regulations, collaborating closely with other engineers and subcontractors when needed. Be part of an on-call rota. Candidate Requirements: Hold relevant qualifications such as NVQ in AC (or equivalent) and F-gas certification. Have experience in a similar environment performing maintenance, servicing, and diagnosing refrigeration units. Be client-facing with excellent written and communication skills.
