Full time, Permanent The client: Interaction Technical have partnered with a leading agricultural dealer based in Dorset on their search to add skilled and experienced Agricultural Engineers to their rapidly expanding service team. Our client has been established for over 40 years and works with an array of manufacturers to supply, service and maintain their agricultural equipment. If you are a skilled agricultural engineer looking for a new opportunity, please click ‘apply now!’ The package: 29 days holiday including bank holidays Overtime available at 1.5X midweek, x2 on Sundays and Bank Holidays Ongoing commitment to training and progression Pension scheme Company van, Fuel Card, mobile phone etc All Travel Time, Expenses paid when out in the field – paid door to door if not travelling to workshop in the morning Wellness bonus - £400 per year to spend on hobbies & activities Tool allowance - £500 to get tools A fantastic Earning Potential with scope to progress The Duties: Accurately diagnosing faults, servicing and carrying out emergency repairs/breakdowns on agricultural machinery (tractors, trailers etc)

70% field based / 30% based at their workshop in Blandford Forum – paid door to door when out in the field Carry out diagnostics to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on agricultural and horticultural machinery The ability to work independently within the customer sites and collaborate with colleagues to ensure documentation and the perfect solution is offered. Working on engines, batteries and hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs. Liaising with clients to diagnose faults and find solutions for them. You will be on call every 1 in 4/5 weeks – this will start once you are fully trained and integrated with the team.

The Requirements: Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential) Previous experience working within the Agricultural industry (essential) Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience (advantageous) Experience working with engines and batteries (advantageous) Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous) Full UK Drivers License
