Position: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Berkshire
Salary: Up to 44,500 + Overtime + Company Benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
About the Role:
One of the world's largest Facilities Management companies, are seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their maintenance team on sites in Reading and Surrounding Areas.
This is excellent opportunity for someone to develop and further their career in varying fast paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform PPM, proactive, and reactive tasks as assigned by the help desk in line with the Contracts SLA's
Ability to work on own initiative, prioritizing air conditioning tasks while providing first-line reactive maintenance for problems with the electrical and switchgear.
Operate occasionally at night in accordance with the PPM schedules
Comply with COSHH, F-Gas, Low Voltage Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessment, H&S regulations, etc.
Requirements:
Fully Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer: City & Guilds 2079 FGas Cat 1 and City & Guilds NVQ L2 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Proven track record within a similar role
Full UK driving License
Excellent communication skills as it is a Client facing role
Benefits :
Salary could reach 50,000 with Overtime Availability & On Call
