Join The HICA Group’s Home Care Team in Grimsby Here at the HICA Group, we are increasing our support team to provide care cover to our services across the Grimsby area for periods of annual leave, staff sickness or through increased occupancy. The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK. Pay & Hours: Rate of Pay – £12.11 per hour. Hours of Work – 24 – 36 hours per week – contracted Shift Pattern – Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (may include every other weekend). The Role: This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience at multiple care homes, to meet new people and to enjoy a varied job role where no two days are the same. Assisting with all aspects of resident personal and social care needs in addition to supporting their wellbeing. We have various shifts available depending on the service you are supporting which will be discussed further upon receiving your application and at interview.
