Madisons Recruitment are currently working with one of the UK’s leading providers of logistics and maintenance services to the mobile medical industry. Due to ongoing expansion, they are actively recruiting for a Chiller Technician/Chiller Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis.
The postholder will be involved in the installation, service, and repair of mobile medical trailers. There will also be involvement in installations, servicing, and repairs at Static Sites (Hospital & Medical Centres). They will be expected to carry out minor repairs from changing locks and light bulbs to major repairs and/or testing of electrical equipment. This position involves the engineer thinking outside the box and tackling tasks assigned to them head-on, as well as completing any additional tasks the clients/staff may ask for while the engineer is on-site. We are also expected to service the mobile trailer generators, which the successful applicant will receive training in by an experienced engineer.
Minimum Requirements:
Suitable candidates will have worked in a service engineering role and be
qualified in F-Gas and 17th edition; an inspection certificate is essential.
An electrical qualification would be advantageous.
