Salary:
Starting £21,945, plus a non-contractual allowance of £750 per annum.

What will you be doing? As a Mobile Customer Service Adviser, you'll be based primarily out of our Basingstoke branch but will regularly travel to assist colleagues in other branches such as Wokingham.
You will welcome, support, and advise customers on their savings accounts through a variety of methods. This role is varied and interesting, and no day will be the same. While your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, you will be doing this through cashiering, actioning admin tasks, and much more.

Essential criteria for the role:
Some experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.
Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Driving license and own car.
Desirable criteria for the role:
Experience of using Microsoft packages e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook.
