Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm) Mainstay Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer in the Manchester and Lancashire area of England. Key Responsibilities:
Perform PPM and servicing of electrical systems across client facilities Fault-finding and reactive/breakdown repair of electrical building services infrastructure, including: Power UPS Single & 3 Phase systems Lighting, emergency lighting, and alarms Carry out 'First Look' inspections and basic repairs of HVAC systems, such as AC units, AHU, and FCU Provide general building maintenance, including basic plumbing tasks as required Candidate Requirements:
City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations City & Guilds Electrical Parts I & II and/or equivalent qualification Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship Experience in performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to Electrical Building Services Systems, along with a basic knowledge of HVAC systems (e.g., AHU & FCU) in commercial and corporate buildings Ability to multi-skill, with a flexible "Can-Do" attitude toward general building maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing Full Driving License (maximum of 6 penalty points for company vehicle insurance) If you're a qualified and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a flexible attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
