LOCATION: Covering Midlands & North of England SHIFT PATTERN: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week SALARY: £37,000 - £39,000 + company van (salary dependent on experience) Main Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out and complete PPM tasks and reactive breakdown works on client sites. The role will not be purely electrical works and the successful candidate will need to be able to complete other tasks which may include basic joinery and basic plumbing tasks. PPM duties include but are not limited to Emergency light testing, Electrical Switchroom and Panel inspections, pump sets & L8 water checks. Person Specification: The successful candidate will be able to work well within a team as well as on their own and will have a high level of experience as a facilities maintenance engineer and a sound knowledge of building systems. Essential: 18th Edition Electrical Good practical and technical skills. Good Communication skills. An understanding of engineering systems, drawings and principles. The ability to manage a varied workload. Good problem-solving skills.
