A fantastic opportunity to work for a large FM Service Provider who are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer electrical bias covering a handful of sites in the Cornwall area. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £36,000 per annum, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided. Overtime opportunities and fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Job Role:
You will be required to work between Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm with overtime opportunities available. Engineers are expected to be very technically strong with great fault finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment. Responsibilities:
Carry out servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical services. Assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor. Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive). Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and building services: L8 AHU maintenance Fire alarms Lighting testing Lighting repairs Pumps Motors Heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work) Relevant Work Experience Includes:
Emergency lighting AHUs FCUs Pumps Motors Plumbing Fans Belts Filters General maintenance Skills Required:
