Mobile Electrician

Job Description We now have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Mobile Electrician who is a qualified electrician to join our Preston-based commercial maintenance team. City Group Managed Services Ltd is committed to providing first-class planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance services to a wide range of clients. As part of this maintenance operative role, you will provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM), daily inspections of commercial buildings, as well as carrying out reactive repairs which will require mainly electrical skills, as well as basic plumbing, joinery, and general handyman job skills. Previous relevant experience in the maintenance of buildings is essential, ideally within the commercial sector; however, candidates with experience in providing planned/reactive maintenance in NHS/education environments (such as hotels, supermarkets, schools, etc.) will also be considered. Appropriate technical qualification e.g. City & Guilds 2365 parts 1-3, BTEC, NVQ level 3 or above. Experience of electrical maintenance activities, general distribution, and installation and testing. Knowledge and experience of Electrical Systems and Electricity at Work Regulations. Capable of working at heights. Ability to work alone and use initiative. A full UK driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the North-West region in a company vehicle for this mobile role. Ability to use documentation and IT systems for reporting and maintaining records. Job Types:
