Are you an experienced building services fabric engineer? Seeking a new mobile opportunity with a van and plenty of autonomy? This could be the role for you! I am working with a leading construction contractor who are seeking a building services fabric technician to join their mobile fleet, servicing building fabric maintenance on one of their flagship maintenance contracts. Location: Watford & surrounding areas Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (DOE) Van & fuel card included Duties Fire door maintenance Ceiling & floor tiling Minor plumbing repairs (sink flow checks, taps, toilets, kitchens) Emergency lighting Lamp/ballast changes Painting & decorating Filter changes/cleaning Basic carpentry Patch repairs Visual plant room inspections Requirements Building services fabric maintenance experience Consistent career history C&G / NVQ in a trade (desirable) Full UK Licence (no more than 6 points) Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
