The role holder will support our Industrial and Commercial division and some Municipal workshops with all administrative tasks, including invoice production, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, and inputting wages. Why it’s an opportunity not to be wasted. Create/update/close job cards and purchase orders on Fleetwave as necessary. Maintain and update the parts register on Fleetwave. Work with the relevant workshop management to produce 3rd party invoices on time and be the point of contact for 3rd party customers regarding any invoice queries. Assist Foremen in maintaining/updating vehicle and invoice files at relevant locations, as well as handling general administrative queries. Enter Fitters' hours into the Payroll system. Liaise with customers on proforma invoices; MOT Lane/Cash Sales accounts must have payment before vehicle leaves the premises. Here’s what we require: Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels, including management, team members, and internal and external customers. Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Willingness to adapt and develop skill sets and knowledge as determined by the post/business. Full current car driving licence. Ability to cover a number of workshops in a set geographical area (Lincoln, Nottingham, Sheffield, or Leicester). And here’s why you’ll love it at Biffa.
