Plumbing maintenance Unblocking toilets, fixing taps Temp testing Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes
What do you need?
Mechanical qualification NVQ level 2 in any Mechanical, HVAC or Engineering discipline Min 2 years building services maintenance experience in commercial office environments

This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across several site locations.
