* Call-Out: 1 in 6 rotation

* Travel Time: Paid after the first 30 minutes each way

Key Responsibilities Perform routine Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks and scheduled maintenance Address reactive repairs and handle electrical installations confidently Maintain and upgrade distribution boards while ensuring all tasks are accurately recorded in the CAFM system Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 6 weeks) to ensure seamless 24/7 operations Assist with general building maintenance activities when required

Desired Skills and Experience While not essential, experience in the following areas would be highly advantageous: DC Systems Air-conditioning/chiller plant Alarm testing ACBs, UPSs, and standby generators
