My client is a large facilities and maintenance company who operates in various sites across the commercial sector.

They are currently looking for an experienced maintenance electrician to join an established team on a mobile site in Stirling.

This role is full time, permanent with 40hrs hours per week.

Responsibilities will include: Carrying out technical repairs and PPM's, planned and reactive maintenance across a number of site locations. Ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date at all times. Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution Deliver reactive and planned re alarm system maintenance Conduct emergency lighting tests and repairs Follow purchase order process. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. Be part of a 24/7 call out rota

Applicants for the role must possess the following: Fully qualified electrician

with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, SVQL3 City & Guilds, AM 2). 18 th

edition or 17 th

Edition Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shift patterns as required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to obtain DBS before joining the job
