Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Location:
Essex, England Salary:
up to 44,000 Plus fully expensed van Role Responsibilities: Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks. Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances. Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations. Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment. Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance. Available to join a call-out rota. Hold a full UK driving license.
