Mobile Multi skilled Maintenance Operative
for a contractual assignment based in
Otterbourne, SO21 . To perform a wide range of duties on various engineering systems which will include mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Available Shifts and Location: Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday Location:
SO21 2SW Shift Times:
08:00-17:00 PM Pay Rate:
£21.01 per hour including holiday pay with the option to accrue Pay Frequency:
Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM Paid via PAYE only Qualifications Required: Driving Licence DBS Certificate 18th Edition Skills and Experience Required: To carry out routine checks and maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, electrical systems (lighting, emergency generators, and power supplies), plumbing systems (water supply and drainage). To respond to emergencies quickly. This will include power outages, HVAC system failures, leaks or blockages, and equipment breakdowns. Assist in installing new equipment or systems, ensuring proper commissioning and functionality. Upgrade aging infrastructure to enhance efficiency or meet updated regulatory standards. Expertise in multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing.
