HVAC Engineer - Job Description
Position:
HVAC engineer, air con engineer, Multiskilled HVAC engineer, Chiller, AC, Heating engineer Location:
South-East London, Essex or Kent area We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores. You should be capable of delivering the highest level of service for the client. Key Responsibilities: Answering queries and overseeing planned PPM/compliance work. Keeping the client informed of site activities. Assisting contractors and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations. Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time. Having a flexible approach to work and working hours with a proactive and positive attitude. Effectively prioritising your own workload while assisting other engineers/staff as required. Qualifications: Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2 or 3. Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment. Committed to delivering excellent customer service. Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and Statutory Compliance. Physical Requirements: Ability to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg. Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights. Available to join a call-out rota. Hold a full UK driving licence.
