Our client is currently looking for a
Plant Engineer
to join their ever-growing family business with plans for expansion to open up more depots moving forward. This position comes with a competitive salary of between £40,000-£50,000 for a 42.5-hour week with overtime paid at time and a half, a company vehicle, and social events twice a year.
The ideal candidate will come from a background in the plant industry working on equipment such as telehandlers, excavators, dumpers, and rollers. This position is a 50/50 mix of working in the workshop based in Enfield and on a mobile basis for surrounding areas.
This position requires a full driving licence.
Mobile Plant Engineer Job Overview Service, repairs, and maintenance to heavy plant such as excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, and rollers up to 8 tons. This role is a combination of being based in the workshop in Enfield and travelling to site to attend breakdowns. Keep records up to date. Maintain the company’s highly held reputation in the plant and tool industry. Training courses are provided for you to further your career.
Mobile Plant Engineer Job Requirements Experience in the heavy plant industry. Qualifications in the plant would be beneficial but not essential. Full driving licence. Knowledge of petrol and diesel plant. Commutable distance of the depot in Enfield. Strong diagnostic skills.
Mobile Plant Engineer Salary & Benefits £40,000-£50,000 salary dependent on experience. 7:30am-5:00pm (42.5 hour working week). Overtime available at time and a half. 28 days holiday including bank holiday. Pension. Christmas and summer party social events. Funded training courses to further develop your career.
