Here at the Mick George Group, we are hiring a Mobile Plant Fitter.
Role Overview:
Responsible for the site and roadside attendance of tyre removal, fitting, and repair on our extensive fleet of HGV’s, cars, vans, and plant vehicles.
Responsibilities:
To attend breakdowns, inspect and complete defects to vehicles as arranged by the tyre management team.
To ensure company fitting procedure is always followed.
Roadside assistance for any breakdowns that may occur.
Daily digital fleet inspections.
Effective stock control.
To complete digital worksheets on time and correctly.
Maintaining and operating a company-issued van.
Qualifications/Experience:
Experience in a similar role working in a busy fast-paced environment.
Experience working with HGV’s.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Flexible around working hours.
Knowledge of plant tyres (Desirable).
