Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Plant Mechanic at all RMS Ports sites based from Goole or Trent Ports. The Mobile Plant Mechanic will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and servicing of mobile plant machinery used in cargo handling operations at the port. Qualifications Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills Experience in maintaining and repairing mobile plant machinery Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills and attention to detail Health and Safety certification or training Experience in a port or cargo handling industry is a plus Technical degree or certification in mechanical engineering or related field Seniority Level
