In the execution of various Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) and Quality inspections, it is imperative to meticulously record your observations. This entails completing inspection checklists both prior to, during, and after operating, ensuring that any defects identified are reported and addressed appropriately. Moreover, the operation, inspection, and maintenance of static and mobile plant equipment for load and haul, processing, and materials handling must be carried out with precision and care, always prioritizing safety and efficiency. High standards of site housekeeping are to be diligently maintained, and strict adherence to all Company policies and guidelines is expected, with a special focus on health and safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Furthermore, close collaboration with fellow employees is crucial to ensure the efficient performance of production processes. Key Accountabilities

Correct and safe operation of mobile plant. Ensure Company procedures are adhered to. Operate static plant in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain plant in good order physically, in accordance with manufacturers and Heidelberg materials recommendations. Complete near miss reports as required by Site Management. Good timekeeping. Keep work stations clean and tidy. Ensure visitors sign in and direct them to their meeting and where relevant complete contractor inductions. Education/Qualification

Good general education is required as a large amount of health and safety regulations and quarry regulations are required to be understood and carried out. Work towards if necessary and attain NVQ/QCF certification in static and mobile plant operations. What’s on Offer:
