Mobile Plumber (Social Housing)

Location: Dover
Pay Rate: Competitive
One of our largest clients within the Social Housing market is currently looking to employ Mobile Plumbers covering the Dover area on long-term temporary contracts with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
Duties:
Covering all aspects of maintenance, repair/refurbishment services within a social housing environment. Providing excellent professional customer service to tenants. Attending informal and formal meetings and training sessions as required. Processing all tasks/works electronically utilizing a hand-held device (PDA). This includes, but is not limited to, worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence of works before/during/after, van stock replenishment, etc.
Requirements: Qualification/Apprenticeship in Plumbing (Min Level 2). Maintenance/repairs experience. Social Housing experience preferable. Excellent communication skills. UK Driving License. No criminal record.
