We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to join our client’s team on a permanent, full-time basis. As this is a mobile role, you will be required to travel to customer sites where you will be handling equipment breakdown repairs, documenting any customer-related damage, and managing warranty matters as needed. What You’ll Be Doing: Comprehensive Equipment Maintenance : Conduct PDIs, routine servicing, LOLER inspections, and carry out repairs to keep our fleet running at peak performance. Safety & Compliance : Ensure all servicing and maintenance adhere to manufacturer specifications, company policies, and health and safety regulations. Repair & Diagnostics : Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems efficiently. Record Management : Maintain precise records for all services, inspections, and repairs. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the engineering team and hire office to maintain high machine availability and excellent customer service. Who We’re Looking For: Experience and Qualifications : Previous experience in the powered access sector is essential. Ideally, you will hold industry-specific qualifications such as CAP and IPAF. Technical Skills : A strong grasp of diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
