As part of our team, you’ll benefit from: Opportunities for professional growth and development A dynamic, forward-thinking work environment The chance to work on exciting international projects Your Role as Mobilisation Engineer In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind efficient and effective mobilisations, adopting a "right first time" approach. Working closely with Operations, Asset, and Project Managers, you’ll ensure smooth project start-ups with well-planned deck layouts, equipment readiness, and seamless third-party coordination. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan mobilisations and demobilisations well in advance. Ensure all equipment is reliable, certified, calibrated, serviced, and meets scope and client requirements. Coordinate activities during mobilisations, ensuring all tasks are accounted for and executed. Escalate issues promptly to minimise downtime and ensure effective resolution. Capture lessons learned and contribute to improvement initiatives to refine processes. What We’re Looking For: A mechanical background with experience in planning or operational coordination. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to produce and document detailed working procedures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with contractors and offshore staff. A flexible approach to travel, primarily across Europe. Why This Role?
