We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background and practical experience in design and planning processes. You should have proficiency in AutoCAD 18 or higher, with experience in Autodesk Revit being highly desirable. Practical experience with BIM-enabled software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is essential. You will have extensive experience with network design processes and demonstrate confidence in discussing technical issues with stakeholders at all levels. A proven track record of managing relationships with both internal and external interfaces is vital, as is experience in delivery planning within a network model, including the graphical representation of detailed phasing. This role requires a dedicated professional who can meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality. You should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to demonstrate initiative in tackling complex challenges. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you’ll be required to articulate technical information effectively to various audiences.
