Role Overview:
As a Model Based Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment of the MBSE approach into a programme. This involves working with domain specialists to develop MBSE models to deliver information required for the design and development team to commence their activities, and supporting the MBSE work through development. The engagement will be across domains including mechanical, electrical, electronics, software, and controls. This role requires a deep understanding of multi-domain product development processes and Systems Engineering.
Openings exist from engineer through to Lead Engineer level for this position. Progressive experience in MBSE up to MBSE Lead is desired depending on the role applied for. Experience in adapting defined frameworks as well as defining the MBSE approach would be a plus, as would the ability to document processes in a clear and succinct manner.
INCOSE Certification is desirable.
Ability to translate complex concepts into understandable language for domain specialists is crucial, along with your organisational skills and experience in agile methodologies. Experience in mentoring on MBSE would also be a desirable attribute for this role.

A Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or other is preferred. Agile Methodology Experience:
Extensive experience with agile methodologies in the context of digital transformation projects. Project Management Ability:
