Hybrid Worker A Hybrid Worker is an employee whose role can be performed remotely from a variety of alternative locations including force premises, partner organisation premises or a member of staff's home. Grade:

Starts at £36,630 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £40,893 per annum The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.

The principal responsibility of the MS & OIC National Training Development Specialist is to deliver priorities set by the NPCC and the Home Office for the benefit of front-line policing which have been identified as Safeguarding, Policy, Operational Activity, Ports and Borders, and Training. Reviewing and supplying training on a national level and for assisting forces to identify and train their own staff, building knowledge and improving the quality and consistency of the UK's policing response. The post will work closely with both statutory agencies and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) to identify and support improvements in the way in which police forces across England & Wales work in partnership to tackle Organised Immigration Crime (OIC) and Modern Slavery (MS).
