We have an exciting role to kickoff 2025 for a Digital Workplace Engineer / Modern Workplace Engineer. Based in Northamptonshire, you’ll join one of our F1 clients as they transform and evolve to a MWP environment. The Digital Workplace Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that enable modern and collaborative work environments using a range of technologies, particularly Microsoft products and services. This role is centered around leveraging a suite of productivity tools, cloud services, and security offerings to enhance workplace productivity, communication, and collaboration. We are looking for Microsoft support engineers with strong MWP skills, particularly with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra. Understanding administration, configuration, and integration with other Microsoft services is essential. You’ll need strong Active Directory skills and will be proficient in managing and administrating the AD environment. This role will suit strong Senior 2nd Line Support / 3rd Line Support Specialists looking for their next step as Microsoft specialists. This is a fast-paced and exciting F1 team, with numerous IT and transformation projects in the pipeline. Based in Northampton, you will need to be onsite as my client doesn’t offer hybrid working. However, this environment includes subsidized restaurants and many benefits for the right team member, including a car scheme. As a MWP Engineer, training and qualifications are offered to accompany the role with new technologies and expansion of knowledge to enable you and the team to keep evolving your specialisms.
