Money Advice Caseworker . You will deliver advice and support to clients over the telephone, face to face, and by webchat.
Experience in money advice would be an advantage; however, this is also an opportunity to be a trainee caseworker for highly motivated individuals without previous experience in delivering money advice, but who can show a willingness and ability to learn and develop quickly.
An ability to understand and deal with complex information is essential, and the successful applicant will have excellent organisational and time management skills. The role involves managing a caseload, meeting targets, and working to a high-quality standard.
There will be an occasional requirement to work until 8:00 PM during the week and Saturday mornings.
