We need you to join the team in a key role to monitor the progress of development across the borough and accurately record this in a database. You will monitor Section 106 agreements to ensure the clauses are met and accurately record this information. You will also monitor conditions relating to planning applications to ensure their compliance.

Educated to A' Level standard, you will have significant experience of working in a busy office including a good working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and word processing systems. You should be able to collect data from varied sources, inputting accurately, analyzing data, and presenting it in a user-friendly format. You will have excellent communication and time management skills using a methodical and accurate approach to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will be able to read and interpret maps and plans both on GIS and hard copy.
