We have an exciting opportunity for a Monitoring/Survey Project Manager to work on the Southern Renewals Enterprise. The project will total 5+5 years of multiple individual schemes across Network Rail’s Southern Route (Kent, Sussex & Wessex).
You will work within the Development team managing a team of Surveyors, Engineers & Supervisors undertaking RCM & Survey work across various project types. These will include Buildings, Platforms, Earthworks, Drainage and Structures. About you
Technical qualification (Degree in civil engineering or HND) Proven technical organisational skills Land Surveying experience / Optical & In ground Monitoring Experience dealing with NR TRK 3100 Standard (Railway Surveying Compliance) Strong understanding of Network Rail compliance Will have experience in becoming a Responsible Manager 019 standard Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment PTS If your past experience doesn’t match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
