is an established food manufacturer in Lincolnshire that has experienced high levels of growth across the past year and is looking for a Production Supervisor to join them and manage a zone within the factory. What's in it for you Career Progression Job Stability Competitive Salary Morning Shift (6am-2pm) Monday - Friday Early Finish Friday The Role To ensure everything within your zone of the factory runs both efficiently and effectively. Maintain quality and food safety standards as well as a keen focus on people management and mentoring. Health & Safety should be at the core of everything you do, reporting in to the Head of Operations who is a hands-on Manager.
