Job Description Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Lunch Time) Are you a morning person looking for something fulfilling? Home Instead St Albans is seeking a Morning Care Professional to join our team. As a Morning Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities of a Care Assistant: Assist clients with getting ready for the day such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Administer medication and monitor health conditions. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Reliable and punctual. Live local to St Albans and surrounding areas. A caring and empathetic nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits: Excellent rates of pay ranging from £13.75-£14.75ph. No previous experience required. Paid training provided to get you started! Mileage allowance of 45p per mile. Paid travel time between clients. Double pay on bank holidays. Minimum one-hour visits. Ongoing training and development opportunities. Supportive and friendly office team.
